History of the brand

There are currently three important words in the tile industry: We have stocks. Almost every industry has to struggle with delivery bottlenecks, increased freight costs and long lead times, including the home improvement business. Design Works has set to work in the last few weeks to secure all important inventory items that are either in our warehouses or with the manufacturers on site and can be accessed almost immediately. And while some might think that stock items can also be boring, with over 40,000 product variants in our showrooms, we can help highlight an in-stock, proven flooring choice with a backsplash, inset or flooring accent.

Let’s start with the warehouse floor – an espresso-colored porcelain floor from Portobello called Adrock. Its dark hue is perfect for a kitchen when combined with light cabinets and quartz countertops. To improve the base, add an interesting point. We recommend accentuating the floor with a smaller 8×8 wood-effect porcelain stoneware tile from Stones & More called Artwood. You can add a small accent area, use it under the kitchen table, stand up the island’s walls, or use it as a back wall.
