Apple unveils iPhone 13

Apple

You’ve almost certainly owned a black or dark gray phone at some point. It’s a classic color for a reason, it looks great with almost any accessory, and if you use it without a case you’re less likely to see scratches on black glass. The same goes for the metal tape on the outside of the phone which in the past, when scratched deep enough, has exposed silver beneath the surface.

Put simply, this is the color you get if you don’t care what color your phone is or if your phone will live in a case the whole time you own it.

Apple

White has been the default iPhone alternative from the start, and for good reason. It looks great and unlike the other color options, it’s a lot harder to spot scratches on the glass and the metal band around the outside edge of the case.

The Starlight version of the iPhone also works well for decals and texture swatches as the colorful surface with a bright white base looks amazing while also providing a little extra protection in case you don’t need a case.

Apple

In the past, Apple released the Product Red version of the iPhone separately from the primary colors, but this year it’s one of the top options. This crisp color stands out in every way no matter what lighting you’re in, and makes it a lot harder to accidentally lose in the couch cushions. Every Product Red Label Apple product sold represents a donation to HIV / AIDS treatment programs (although Apple never said how much).

Apple

Apple fans have been asking for a pink option for a long time. No metallic rose gold, but a real pink. And it’s here, you can have a pink iPhone right now. It’s a subtle color too, not nearly as loud as the product red or blue options. So, if you want your phone to have a little personality without attracting too much public attention, this is the phone for you. Because it’s such a light shade, scratches on the case are likely to be much less noticeable than other models.

Apple

Apple didn’t give this color an exaggerated name like Starlight or Midnight because it’s unnecessary. You will know exactly what color it is when you see it. This phone is blue, in fact, it’s the bluest phone you can buy today and that includes the more washed-out Sierra blue that is being offered by the iPhone 13 Pro this year. It’s a phone that gets noticed anywhere and requires you to use a clear case if you want to use one at all.

Apple

The iPhone 13 Pro’s matte black in graphite is the choice you get when your phone isn’t that big of a show off. Whether you know your iPhone will live in its case the entire time you own it, or you just aren’t that interested in expressing yourself through color, this is your default option. It’s a solid option, in fact, it’s the original color, and the fact that it’s not exciting or new shouldn’t put you off.

Apple

Every year Apple offers a new color option for the iPhone, and this year the new color is Sierra Blue. It’s a much lighter and lighter shade of blue than last year’s Pacific blue, which in some lighting conditions would be so similar to graphite that you could hardly tell the difference. Undeniably blue, this iPhone 13 Pro will attract attention everywhere. This is the perfect iPhone for someone who wants to use their phone with or without a case and let everyone know they have the latest gadget.

Apple

It’s not as catchy a name as Starlight, but the silver iPhone 13 Pro is a classic color with a lot of style. Not only is it a nice light color that looks great under a textured sticker, but if you can manage to scratch the silver version of the phone it will be a lot harder to see the damage as it is so much closer to nature Metal and lighter glass more reflective color. This is a great iPhone for someone who can’t stand having everything matte black and would appreciate a lighter touch.

Apple

Apple has made a lot of gold-colored products, and they’re all a little different. There have been many attempts to play with different shades of gold, including a champagne and the infamous rose gold. This year’s iPhone is a classic, light shade of gold. It’s less noticeable than the standard gold tone you’d find on a watch, with fewer yellows and a generally softer look and feel. It’s the perfect color for someone who appreciates gold but has no interest in being loud.
