Following his 2020 championship campaign, Elliott added even more excitement to fans during the 2021 season of the NASCAR Cup Series. During his three races in the UniFirst Chevy #9 in 2021, Elliott accumulated three top 10 finishes, including two fifth places. He eventually finished the year with two wins and 21 top 10 finishes, culminating in securing one of only four spots in the NASCAR Cup Series championship race. Following the season, Elliott also received NASCAR’s Favorite Driver award for the fourth consecutive season.
