-In the fourth quarter of 2021, the nominal value of domestic private sector loans serviced by domestic CSFs and transferred to non-resident specialized financial institutions increased by €7,538 million.
-The total value of the above category of loans increased from €72,200 million in the previous quarter to €79,738 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021.

The notional value of serviced corporate loans increased to 32,026 million euros in the fourth quarter of 2021, compared to 29,114 million euros in the previous quarter. More specifically, the nominal value of loans to non-financial corporations (NFC) increased by €2,916 million to €31,945 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021. Of the total of these loans to non-financial corporations, an amount of €16,311 million corresponded to loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The nominal value of loans to other financial institutions serviced by CSFs decreased by 5 million euros to 80 million euros at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021.
Loans to sole traders, farmers and unincorporated partnerships
The notional amount of loans to sole traders, farmers and unincorporated partnerships serviced by CSFs increased by €1,171 million sequentially to €11,675 million at the end of Q4 2021.
Loans to individuals and private non-profit organizations
The nominal value of loans to individuals and private non-profits serviced by CSF increased by €3,454 million to €36,037 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021. More specifically, consumer loans serviced increased by €726 million to €16,070 million, while the corresponding home loans increased by €2,729 million to €19,776 million.
