I am a serious person with no makeup. Don’t get me wrong if I have a real urge to master graphic liner or rock fat lip, I would, but to be honest, I haven’t yet. I’m the type of person at 20 lip gloss these are all variations of the same shade, close to my natural lip color. You get the picture. My consistent makeup look consists of clean, dewy skin, a great mascara, Concealer for covering stains and liquid blush. But I occasionally leave my house at night and when I do I want a little more. I love sparkling eyes, but finding the right shade that is beautiful and fun without overwhelming me turned out to be a challenge until I got to know Kosas 10 Second Eyeshadow.

The shade I used is called Globe; It’s described as neutral champagne, and that’s exactly the kind of thing I like. The formula is liquid so shake the tube for about 10 seconds, you guessed it, then use the deer foot applicator to apply the product directly to your eyelids. I like to start small and blend it with my fingers because it’s always easier to add more than to take something away. The color output is pretty remarkable, and it has a lot of sheen but doesn’t feel like a disco ball, which is ideal for me. It’s super comfy on my lids, and it’s pretty foolproof to use. I can put it on and walk out the door so much more confident, which is priceless to me.
